Pricing
1.1. HoVo reserves the right to change prices and details at any time without notice. All items are subject to availability.
1.2. All prices are quoted in Euros. The prices are without Value Added Tax (21 %), unless otherwise specified. Any delivery charges are additional. We accept payment by Paypal and banktransfer.
1.3. Any discounts offered are based on previously advertised, non-discounted prices that were available for consumers to buy for at least 28 consecutive days in the previous 6 months on our website.
1.4 Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to local taxes, import duties or customs charges. HoVo is unable to accept responsibility for charges levied by other countries.
Cancellations
2.1 You can cancel your order from the order date up to 7 days after receiving the products. The products cannot be used and/or damaged.

2.3 We will reimburse your order within 30 days from the date you notify us. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products and to return them to us, as soon as possible in the original packaging or something suitably protective. We strongly advise you to obtain proof of postage. We will not refund the cost of this return shipping.
2.4 When returning goods please enclose a despatch note inside the parcel giving the reason for the return, stating exactly whether you want a refund or exchange.
Delivery
3. We intend to deliver your shoes as soon as possible but in any case within 30 days of your order. If we can't deliver your goods within 30 days, you are entitled to ask for a full refund. Alternatively you may ask for a fixed delivery date. If we have still not delivered the products by then, we will automatically refund your order. If you have any queries regarding delivery please contact us.
Returns
4.1 We take special care of each order. If however there is something wrong with the order or the received products, the rest of this term will apply.
4.2 If there is something wrong with the products when you receive them you should notify us as soon as possible but within 7 days. When the products are returned to us in suitable packaging, you can choose one of the following options: return the goods and receive a full refund, ask for a replacement or a free repair.
General
5.1 Colour accuracy on the website cannot be guaranteed, and will vary depending on the resolution and screen type of your computer.
5.2 All design, text and imagery on our website is the copyright of HoVo. The site may not be altered in any way or republished without permission.
5.3 All matters concerning and incidental to any offer or agreement for the purchase and sale of goods from HoVo bv shall be governed by Dutch, EU law but jurisdiction can be in the country of the consumer, in all such matters.
5.4 HoVo reserves the right to refuse to supply any individual or company.

6 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to reduce your statutory rights relating to faulty or mis-described goods. Further information about your rights is available from your Local Authority Trading Standards Department or Citizen's Advice Bureau.

7.1 You agree and acknowledge that we own or are licensed to use all copyright, database rights, trade marks and other intellectual property rights in and to all parts of this web site, and to the business of HoVo, including the software, the structure, design and layout of the web site, and the styles/patterns of the shoes.
7.2 All persons, individual and corporate, are prohibited from providing hypertext or other links to the HoVo website, other than to our home page, from their own web site or from a third party's website, without our prior written consent.
Warranties
8 We warrant that the shoes will be of satisfactory quality and fit for their general purpose.
Limitation of liability
9.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by us or our employees or agents in circumstances where:
- loss or damage was not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed
- loss or damage was not caused by any breach on our part
- loss or damage relates to business and/or non-consumer.
9.2 We will not be liable for loss or damage caused by the customer using the products incorrect.

10 By providing your details to HoVo on our website, you consent to HoVo maintaining, recording, holding and using the information you give at the time of ordering, to process your orders, to improve our service to you and inform you of promotions. All data is collected lawfully and maintained in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
11 We take your privacy very seriously and will not pass your details to any third party without your permission, other than where we have to do so to get your shoes to you, e.g. the Post Office or other shipping partners.
