What about my privacy?

HoVo bv respects the privacy of its visitors. This privacy applies to all information that you provide trough website. We use your information only to process the transaction for which you provided the information. For your order to be sent to you and any contact please do we need at least your name and address as well as your email address. When ordering, please fill in the required fields because otherwise the order can not be proceeded. Your data will, without your explicit consent, not be given to third parties. When you visit our site, our server sends a "cookie " to your computer. These cookies are small files containing information that help you on your next visit to our site. Cookies save you time at the next contact and they teach us what page's on our site are most visited by you and other users. This allows us to always continue to optimize our site. Cookies do not contain viruses and can only be read by our server. If you don't want this please change the settings on your own computer.


 

My e-mail adress, home adress or phonenumber has changed. How can i let HoVo know?

You can easily change your data in your Account. First you need to login to your account. Then select Account Maintainance and then Account Information. Don't forget to save your changes before closing the page.


 

How can I change my password?

To change your password you first need to login to your account. Then select Account Maintainance and then Account Information. Don't forget to save your changes before closing the page. Now you can login with your new password.


 

The product I received is not what I have ordered. What to do?

If the product you received is not what you have ordered please contact us! We will do our best to solve the issue.


 

Is is possible to return products?

Customers have the right to exchange products within 7 days after receiving. The customer pays for the shipping costs. The products can only be returned undamaged and in original packaging, they must be in same condition and should not be used or worn.

General conditions to the exchange/return of an article:

- You provide prior notice of the exchange/return. (phone/email)

- You add a copy of the invoice with the shipment with a description of your needs

- Not or not enough stamped returns are refused.

- Please note that not every article can be exchanged. (See below)

- You can only exchange/return 1 time per order.

If these conditions are not met then the customer loses any right to exchange/return the products. We will charge all costs to the customer. If all the items of an order are being returned fees could be charged. HoVo bv will make sure to refund within 30 days after full completion of the return.

Articles that cannot be returned/exchanged

The following items cannot be returned/exchanged:

- Products without original packaging

- Products that are used/worn

- Products that are especially made or modified for the customer

I allready paid for my order, but I want to cancel. What should I do?

If you want to cancel your order please contact us as soon as possible! You will receive the full amout of your order back within 30 days. If your order is allready shipped you can return it within 7 days. Unfortunately you will have to pay for the shipping costs of the return. The products must be returned in original packaging and cannot be used, worn or damaged.


 

Ik paid for my order. When will I receive my products?

As soon as we receive your payment we will handle the order. We will do our best to ship your order as soon as possible but it might take some time. If the items are on stock they will be dispatched within a few days. If you would like to know the excact delivery date please contact us for more information.


 

Can HoVo bv contact me if they received my payment, or if my order is shipped?

As soon as we recieve your payment we change the status of your order in our webshop. You can see the status of your order in your Account Maintainance. When we ship your order we change the status aswell.


 

Can I pay with PayPal or creditcard?

Yes, when you order something in our webshop you can pay with PayPal. If you want to pay with a creditcard please also select PayPal in the menu. After you completed the order our website will open paypal so you can pay.


 

I don't live in Holland. Can I transfer money to your bank account?

Yes, you can also transfer the amount of your order from other countries:

  • From Belgium: Kredietbank N.V. Antwerpen nr. 409.7901954.87
  • International: Swift-code (BIC): RABO.NL.2U - IBAN nr. NL06RABO0369423283 - Rabobank Westerbork
  • Or you can use PayPal (creditcard).

 

I didn't receive HoVo e-mails when I tried to register!

Maybe you typed the wrong email adress or the emails are in your spamfilter by accident. You can try to make a new account or contact us if it wont work.


 

I didn't receive a confirmation email after I ordered!

If you didn't receive a confirmation email your order wasn't submitted, please try again or contact us. 


 

What are the shipping rates?

The shipping costs depend on the number of items you order and their weight. If the total amount is above € 250,00 shipping is free within the netherlands. In other countries free shipping is from €500,00. You can see the shipping costs of your order in our webshop when your ordering.


 

Can I pick up my order?

Its also possible to pick up your order in Westerbork. We will contact you when your order is ready. Then you visit us from monday till friday between 9:00-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. Please let us know when you would like to pick up your order!


 

I registerd but I can't login!

After you have registerd you have to activate your account. You have to click on the link in the activating email we send you. We do this to prevent other people to make an account with your email adress. Make sure you enter a valid email adress.
